As someone who does not partake of the Buffett, it is through publications such as this that my thirst for such knowledge is quenched. By referring to "all time" in such a manner as you did, I am relegated to do as the famous philosopher, Meatloaf, once said, "So now I'm waiting for the end of time to hurry up and arrive" for the answer to that all important question.
